Restricting weight of vehicle on bridges, etc

The chief engineer, Public Works Department may by Order published in the Gazette direct that no vehicle or vehicle together with a trailer exceeding a specified maximum laden weight shall use any road, section of a road or any bridge specified in such order; and upon the making of such order, he shall cause a sign to that effect to be placed at each end of such road, section of a road or such bridge.
