Removal of passenger

(1) Any passenger contravening these Regulations may be removed from the omnibus on the request of the driver or conductor, by any police constable. Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic [CAP. 230 151 (2) A passenger in or on an omnibus who is reasonably suspected by the driver or conductor of contravening these Regulations shall give his name and address to a police constable or to a driver or conductor on demand.
