Fare table to be displayed

(1) The driver of a taxi shall carry in his vehicle two copies of the form 2 in Schedule R hereto showing the maximum fares he may charge. (2) He shall cause one copy of the said form to be permanently affixed in a conspicuous place inside the driver’s compartment either immediately above the centre of the windshield or, if this interferes with the driver’s vision, on the dashboard of the vehicle. He shall cause the other copy of the said form to be permanently affixed in a conspicuous place on the back of the front seat. (3) These copies shall be supplied by the Department of Transport free of charge. 142 Motor Omnibuses (excluding Freight Passenger Vehicles)
