Duties of driver of taxi

The driver of a taxi shall not– (a) unreasonably refuse to hire his vehicle to any person requiring to hire or ride in it, or unreasonably refuse to drive his vehicle to any place to which he may be required to drive by a person hiring the vehicle; or (b) when his vehicle is engaged allow any other person to ride in it except with the consent of the person hiring the vehicle; or (c) smoke after objection be made by any Schedule R.
