Lamps for other vehicles

At all times at night when in use on any road the undermentioned vehicles shall carry lighted lamps as prescribed hereunder– (a) Bicycles, a single lamp fixed to the bicycle and showing a distinct white light to the front; (b) Tricycles, a single lamp fixed to the tricycle either on the centre line thereof or on the left side showing a distinct white light to the front; (c) Carts, a white light fixed to the left side of the vehicle and visible from the front and the rear.
