Lighting of lamps

At all times when in motion on any road at night and otherwise as provided hereinafter all motor vehicles shall carry Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic [CAP. 230 135 the obligatory front lamps and the rear lamp and all other lamps required to be carried by these Regulations lighted and in good working order.
