(1) No radio, tape recorder or other similar apparatus shall be played, operated or used in a vehicle on a road in such a manner as to cause annoyance or disturbance to any person. (2) No musical or noisy instrument shall be played, operated or used in a vehicle on a road except on the written permission of the Commissioner of Police. (3) Any person who plays, operates or uses any such instrument or apparatus as is mentioned in paragraphs (1) and (2) above in contravention of this regulation and the driver of the vehicle who permits or suffers such instrument or apparatus to be played, operated or used is each guilty of an offence against this regulation. lamps.
