Motor Vehicles And Road Traffic Regulations, reg. 153 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) No article shall be carried upon or attached to a motor vehicle or trailer in motion in such a manner that any part of the article is in contact with the road. (2) No part of a motor vehicle or trailer in motion, other than the wheels, shall be in contact with the road.
