Size of identification numbers for motor cycles

The identification numbers for motor cycles, other than motor cycles the property of Government which shall be in white figures on a blue background, shall be clearly painted in black figures not less than 1¾" high and not less than 5/16" thick on a white background; the total width of the space taken by each figure, except the figure one, shall be not less than 1¼"; Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic [CAP. 230 89 the space between adjoining figures shall be not less than ¼"; and there shall be a margin between the nearest part of every figure and the top and bottom of the identification plate of at least ¼", and between the nearest part of every figure and the sides of the plate of at least ½".
