Reversing

No person shall, except in the case of a road roller or other road plant while actually engaged in the construction, Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic [CAP. 230 129 maintenance or repair of roads, cause a motor vehicle to travel backwards for a greater distance or time than may be requisite for the safety or reasonable convenience of the occupants of that vehicle or of other traffic on the road.
