Fare table to be displayed

(1) The driver of a freight passenger vehicle shall carry in his vehicle two copies of the form 1 in Schedule R hereto showing the maximum fares he may charge. (2) He shall cause one copy of the said form to be permanently affixed in a conspicuous place inside the driver’s compartment either immediately above the centre of the windshield, or, if it interferes with the driver’s vision, on the dashboard of the vehicle. Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic [CAP. 230 117 (3) He shall cause the other copy of the said form to be permanently affixed in a conspicuous place in the front of the back compartment. (4) These copies shall be supplied by the Department of Transport free of charge.
