General design

The body of the freight passenger vehicle shall be securely fixed to the chassis and the vehicle including all body work, upholstery and fittings shall be soundly and properly constructed of suitable materials and in good and serviceable condition and of such design that it is capable of withstanding the loads and stresses likely to be met with in operation.
