Duplicate identification plates

When the identification plates or any of them have been lost or destroyed or rendered illegible application shall be made by the registered owner of the vehicle in the form of Schedule E hereto to the Department of Transport for the issue of a duplicate set of plates. Such application shall be accompanied by the certificate of registration and the licence and a fee of fifteen dollars and any remaining plate shall be surrendered to the Department who will then issue a new set of plates and amend the certificate of registration and licence and the records of the same.
