Motor Vehicles And Road Traffic Regulations, reg. 109 · Revised Edition 2020
No person shall be carried in any freight passenger vehicle otherwise than seated on a proper seat and any person not so carried as well as the driver of the vehicle shall be guilty of an offence against these Regulations.
