These Regulations come into force on the 1st day of June, 2011. SCHEDULE [regulation 3(2), 5(2)] DESCRIPTION OF TINT Tint Area Tint Type VLT% Windshield Non-reflective tint applied along the top of windshield above the manufactures AS-1 line only (four inches from the top) At least 50% Front side window Reflective or non-reflective tint of any colour At least 50% Rear side window Reflective or non-reflective tint of any colour At least 20% Rear glass Reflective or non-reflective tint of any colour At least 20% MADE this 9th day of March 2011.
