Transitional

(1) The owner of a motor vehicle, a local manufacturer, or an importer of a motor vehicle shall ensure that the tint fitted on the motor vehicle manufactured, imported or owned complies with the specifications described in the Schedule within 30 days of the coming into force of this regulation. (2) A person who contravenes subregulation (1) commits an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less than $150.00 and not more than $500.00.
