Motor Vehicles And Road Traffic (Tinted Windows) Regulations, reg. 4 · Revised Edition 2020

Notwithstanding regulation 3, the Minister may specify, by Notice in the Gazette, that a motor vehicle or a class of motor vehicle is a motor vehicle exempt from the provisions of this regulation.
