Further application of certain provisions of Summary Jurisdiction (Procedure) Act

(1) The provision of section 25 and 27 of the Summary Jurisdiction (Procedure) Act shall not affect the validity of a summons issued under these Regulations, and any violation ticket issued pursuant to regulation 3(3) above shall, for the purpose of proving service of summons on the defendant, be deemed to be good and sufficient service.
