Form of traffic violation ticket

(1) The traffic violation ticket shall be in the form prescribed in the First Schedule to these Regulations. First Schedule. 34 (2) Subject to subregulation (3) below, the Department shall be responsible for the printing, supplying and distribution of all traffic violation tickets to be used in areas falling outside the limits of the municipality. (3) The municipal authority shall be responsible for the printing, supplying and distribution of all traffic violation tickets to be used in areas falling within the limits of the municipality.
