Use of fines paid

All fines and penalties collected by virtue of these Regulations shallMotor Vehicles and Road Traffic [CAP. 230 37 (a) if they were paid in respect of violations which occurred in areas falling outside the limits of the municipality, be paid into and form part of the Consolidated Revenue Fund; (b) if they were paid in respect of violations which occurred in areas falling within the limits of the municipality, be credited to the account of the Belize City Fund, Belmopan City Fund, or Town Council’s Fund, as the case may be.
