No vehicle to stop on a crossing
Motor Vehicles And Road Traffic (Seat Belts) Regulations, reg. 5 · Revised Edition 2020
The driver of a vehicle shall not cause the vehicle or any part thereof to stop within the limits of a crossing unless either he is prevented from proceeding by circumstances beyond his control or it is necessary for him to stop in order to avoid an accident.
