Establishment of crossings Schedule

The Department of Transport may establish crossings on any road and shall cause every crossing to be delineated in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to these Regulations: Provided that in any proceedings for a contravention of these Regulations in respect of a crossing, the crossing shall be Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic [CAP. 230 19 deemed to have been established and delineated in accordance with the provisions of this regulation unless the contrary is proved.
