Half fee: property of official

All bicycles which are the property of any government official or official of any city or town council or any town authority or any member of any fire brigade and which are normally used by such official or member in the performance of his official duties may be registered at half the fee prescribed on the production to the Department of Transport of a certificate in the form prescribed hereinafter signed by the head of the department concerned.
