General penalties
Cap. 230, s. 71 · Revised Edition 2020
Every person who acts in contravention of any of the provisions of sections 60 to 72, for which no special punishment is provided, commits an offence and shall on summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding four hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months, or to both such fine and term of imprisonment.
