Penalty for failure to give information

Every licensee who, after notice has been given to him by a police officer that any specified bicycle or specified bicycle part has been stolen or fraudulently obtained, fails to give information to the Police that a bicycle or part of a bicycle of the like description was offered to him or was or is in his possession commits an offence against sections 60 to 72. Schedule VIII.
