Restriction on disposing of, disfiguring or dismantling second- hand bicycles

(1) Subject to sub-section (2), no licensee shall within fifteen days of the acquisition of any second-hand bicycle or second-hand bicycle part dispose of, disfigure, dismantle or in any way alter the shape, colour or form of such bicycle except with the written permission of an officer or non-commissioned officer in charge of a Police Station. (2) Sub-section (1), shall not apply to any second-hand bicycle or second-hand bicycle part received by a licensee for the purpose only of effecting repairs thereto.
