Re-issue of lost or defaced driving licence

(1) If a driving licence is lost, defaced, mutilated or rendered illegible, the Department shall issue a new licence on payment of the prescribed fee without further driving test. (2) There shall be subscribed on a new licence issued under sub-section (1), any endorsements made in the record in respect of such driving licence.
