Regulations for control of terminals

(1) The Minister shall exercise control on the management of the prescribed terminals and may make regulations for the efficient operation of such terminals. (2) Any such regulations may provide that the contravention or breach thereof shall be punishable on summary conviction by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and term of imprisonment.
