Duplicate licences, licences and certificates

Any authority or person having power to issue any certificate or licence under this Act shall, on proof to his satisfaction that such certificate or licence has been lost or destroyed, and on payment of the prescribed fee, issue a duplicate of the certificate or licence to the person entitled thereto.
