Reciprocal treatment

Nothing in this Act shall be construed as precluding the Minister from declining to accord immunities or privileges to, Diplomatic Privileges and Consular Conventions 9 or from withdrawing immunities or privileges from, nationals or representatives of any power on the ground that that power is failing to accord corresponding immunities or privileges to Belizean citizens or representatives.
