Proceedings relating to the remuneration or any contract of service of the master or commander or a member of the crew of any ship belonging to a State specified in the Schedule hereto shall not be entertained by any Court in Belize except where a consular officer of the State concerned has be notified of the intention to invoke the jurisdiction of the Court and has not objected thereto within one month of the date of such notice.
