Forbearance

Telecommunications (Transitional Tariffs) Regulations, reg. 5 · Revised Edition 2020

Where the PUC has, for the time being, forborne from fixing tariffs for any telecommunication service or part thereof, 28 Telecommunications a service provider shall be at liberty to fix any tariff for such telecommunication service, provided that the service provider shall comply with the reporting requirement in respect of such tariff.
