Rules of court

The Chief Justice may, with the approval of the Attorney General, make rules for regulating the practice and procedure to be adopted in proceedings in the Supreme Court under this Act, but until such rules are made, the Supreme Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2005 will continue to apply.
