Limitation of time for making claims

Unless the Court considers that injustice may otherwise be done, no claim for compensation in respect of compulsory acquisition of property under this Act shall be admitted or entertained by the Government unless it is made in writing to the Financial Secretary within twelve months after the publication in the Gazette of the notice of acquisition pursuant to section 61. etc.
