Further conditions for the grant of a licence

The PUC shall, in granting the licence, require that the (a) pays a licence fee annually to the PUC; (b) adhere strictly to the assigned frequency bands issued; (c) upon request by the Government, collaborate with the Minister in matters of national security; and (d) abide by regulations made pursuant to this Act.
