The PUC shall ensure that– (a) adequate publicity is given to any terms and conditions of every licence issued under this Act; (b) a register of all licences granted, including any modifications of licence conditions, are made available to the public, save and except where the requirements policy or otherwise require non- (c) there is established procedures for requesting and considering the comments of the public in the development of new policies and 22
