Disclosure of information

A person shall not disclose any information obtained under this Act, except– (a) as permitted by the Act; 52 [CAP. 229:01Interception of Communications (b) in connection with the performance of his duties; or (c) where the Attorney-General advises that the disclosure be made to a foreign Government or agency of a foreign Government where there exists between Belize and that foreign Government an agreement for the mutual exchange of that kind of information and the Attorney-General considers it to be in the public interest that such disclosure be made.
