Modification of interception direction and entry warrant

A Judge may modify any of the provisions of an interception direction or an entry warrant, at any time, after hearing representations the Director of Public Prosecutions or the Director of the Financial Intelligence Unit acting on behalf of an authorised officer and if he is satisfied that there is any change in the circumstances, which may make the requested modifications necessary or expedient.
