These regulations may be cited as the RELATIONS BETWEEN BELIZE AND THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA (TAIWAN)) (FIRST DAY COVERS) REGULATIONS 2. Official First Day Covers, bearing postage stamps of $0.25 and $1.00 values shall be sold at three dollars above the face value of the stamps affixed. Sale of stamps and first day covers. 3. The stamps and first day covers shall be placed on sale on all Post Office counters from the 12th day of September, 2019. Date for start of sale. 4.
