Commencement. Post Office 139 CHAPTER 228 PALLOTINE SISTERS IN BELIZE) (FIRST DAY COVERS) REGULATIONS (Section 50) [Gazetted 19th October, 2013] Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the POST OFFICE (THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PALLOTINE SISTERS IN BELIZE) (FIRST DAY COVERS) REGULATIONS 2. Official First Day Covers, bearing postage stamps of $0.25, $0.60, and $10.00 values, shall be sold at two dollars above the face value of the stamps affixed. Sale of Stamps and First day Covers. 3. The stamps and first day covers shall be placed on sale on all Post Office counters as from the 9th day of October, 2013. Date for start of sale. 4.
