Commission

(1) There shall be paid to stamp vendors by the Postmaster General on sales of postage stamps commission calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Second Schedule to these Regulations. (2) Notwithstanding that the commission payable to stamp vendors is calculated on the annual sales of postage stamps sold by stamp vendors such commission shall be paid to stamp vendors at half yearly intervals.
