Re-direction of cash on delivery parcels

Subject to the provisions of these Regulations cash on delivery parcels may be re-directed if the new country of destination maintains with the country of origin an exchange of cash on delivery parcels, and in such case shall be accompanied by the trade charge money order made out by the service of origin. Where an application is made for re-direction to a country which does not maintain with the country of origin an exchange of cash on delivery parcels, the parcel shall be treated as undeliverable, and dealt with as prescribed in Regulation 75. 69 (b) Modification and Application of The Customs Laws as Regards Certain Postal Articles
