Duties of sender

The sender of a cash on delivery parcel shall in a manner satisfactory to the Postmaster General– (a) write on the parcel or on a label affixed thereto his name and address, and the word “Remboursement” followed by the sterling amount of the trade charge. 68 (b) fill up, so far as required, a trade charge money order form.
