Despatch of certain printed papers

Any printed papers which may be posted after such hour as the Postmaster General may from time-to-time fix may be detained at the office at which it was posted until the following day or, if the following day is Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a Bank Holiday, until the next following day.
