Late fee postal packets

(1) The expression “late fee postal packet” in this regulation means postal packets posted after the ordinary hours of collection for particular despatches by being handed in at such Post Offices or otherwise posted in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) There shall be charged and paid in respect of late fee postal packets a fee of one dollar. Second Schedule.
