Application of Commonwealth and Foreign Post Regulations
Post Office Regulations, reg. 21 · Revised Edition 2020
Subject to the express provisions of these Regulations, the Regulations applicable to the Commonwealth and Foreign Post shall (so far as the same are applicable) apply to postal packets transmitted in the inland post.
