Payments to the public

The name of the payee and the name of the office of payment shall be inserted in the appropriate place, and the order shall be properly receipted before any postal order is paid. In the case of a postal order payable to a limited liability company, corporation or society, the name of the company, corporation or society shall be stamped or written in the receipt space and below it shall appear the signature of some responsible officer such as secretary, manager, director, treasurer or accountant, with a description of his official position.
