Form of postal identity card

(1) All such postal identity cards shall be in the form set out in Form 2 of the Fourth Schedule hereto and shall be valid for a period of five years from the date of issue, 85 provided that a postal identity card shall cease to be valid if the appearance of the holder is altered to such an extent that it no longer corresponds to the photograph or to the description. (2) The fee for the issue of a postal identity card shall be fifty cents payable in stamps affixed to the card.
