No money order shall be paid unless– (a) the corresponding advice has been previously received; except in the case of Canada, and the United States of America; (b) the advice bears the date stamp of the office at which the order purports to have been issued; and (c) the identity of the person presenting the money order is established to the satisfaction of the paying officer. 84 card.
