Commission on Money Orders

The rates of commission to be charged for the issue of money orders shall be as follows– (a) on Money Orders payable outside this country For every $5 or fraction of $5.................10 cts. (b) on Money Orders payable within this country For every $10 or fraction of $10 ............10 cts.
